In India English is taught as a foreign language. ICSE board has prepared a special syllabus to learn this language.  Animal Sounds, Tenses, Nouns, Young One of Animals, Verbs, Pronouns, Adjectives, Opposites, Good Manners, Silent, Letter, Plurals, Articles.

For attending this course, prior knowledge of U.Kg English  is required, this course assumes that students have prior experience with all the topics of English  of U.Kg. This is not an introductory class for absolute beginners on English  of U.Kg. Participants should already be familiar with the basic learning objective.

Hello myself Shamshunisa Kamaal from Chennai,India .I have completed my graduation in B.E( bachelors in electronic and communication) from Anna university. I am a Certified teacher in Phonics as well as Certified in Abacus and Vedic maths trainer.  I have done my  P.G Teacher Training in Pre and Primary Education. I have worked as a  teacher in DRIZZLY PRE-school,  Sanskriti Global  International School and other such pre - schools .I have also conducted training and coaching session for aspiring Hindi pracharak .

I have P.G Diploma in Pre and Primary Teacher Training . My achievement:- active participation in sports and I have also played for zonal level in athletics.

I have experience tutoring online. I will make the students understand in an easy manner and with fun activities.

     THEME 1: Listening and Speaking

    • adopt classroom practices e.g., listening to others and taking turns speaking about the topics and texts for discussion;
    • build on conversation by responding to comments;
    •  recite simple poems with appropriate actions;
    • comprehend a text read aloud by asking and answering questions about key details;
    • respond to simple questions based on stories;
    • ask questions/make enquiries to clear confusion/ doubt;
    • describe people, places, things as per their interpretation / context; express ideas and feelings clearly;
    • use words and phrase acquired through conversation, reading and being read to, and responding to texts;
    •  produce complete sentences as appropriate to task and situation;

    • write all upper and lower case letters;
    • use gender neutral common, proper and possessive nouns;
    • use singular, plural nouns and opposites with matching verbs in basic sentences. (e.g. she hops/ we hop);
    • use verbs in context to convey a sense of simple past, simple present and simple future;
    • use frequently occurring adjectives, conjunctions, determiners, and prepositions;
    • use capital letters for proper nouns (names of people, places, etc.);
    • learn to use commas, full stops, question marks and exclamation marks appropriately;
    • spell untaught words phonetically, drawing on phonetic awareness and spelling conventions;
    •  rearrange words in alphabetical order (first letter only, e.g. names of fruits, proper nouns, places, etc.);
    • use vocabulary appropriate to their age level; spell: three and four letter words.

    The audience of this course is students of Grade-1 from ICSE Board. All the Chapters are well designed and its coverage as per latest curriculum released by the board. Still Student have complete flexibility to enhance or modify the course coverage during the course of learning process with Teacher.
